the friendship that never ends

Twenty three years I met my best friend, Katie. There are no pictures to record the event, but we met in the nursery at a church conference. On Tuesday our little girls, only three weeks apart in age, met for the first time. I hope they both have this picture up in their homes when they're eighty.
Annabelle talks more than Kezia, but Kezia is much more mobile. Between the two of them they can take over the world, or at least remove all Kezi's grandfather's socks and underwear from a box.
Annabelle stole Kezi's rubber teething foot and Kezi chewed on AB's bow until it came apart.
At one point Kezi was sitting at one end of the table and Annabelle was at the other end. Kezi stared at AB, put her arms up in the air and yelled, "MEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHH!!!." Eventually Annabelle looked at her, put one arm in the air and said, "Eeehhh." Kezia put her arms down and they both carried on with their lives.
"Gather round and hear my plan, all my fellow babies! Join me as I boycot naps and
steal food off plates!"
"Quiet down, Kezia. We mustn't let the parents in on our plan."
